How do I choose a weight?
Products are priced per kilogram. Choose at least 0.5 kg in steps of 0.5 kg. The product button shows the price for your selection. Whole-bird size and cutting requests should be confirmed with our team before payment.
Does adding to my basket reserve stock?
No. Stock is reserved for 30 minutes once your checkout order is created. Prices and available quantities are refreshed before payment.
How do I pay?
Checkout redirects you to Paystack. We confirm payments directly with Paystack. HappyLife does not store your card details.
What if I paid but the order looks unpaid?
Do not pay again immediately. Refresh your private order page and contact us with your order reference if confirmation is delayed. We can check the payment with Paystack.
Can I place the same order again?
Open your private order page and choose Order again. Available kilogram items are added at today's prices. Check the basket because stock and prices may have changed.
Can I request a different cut or a larger order?
Contact us before payment to discuss cutting, packing or larger quantities. We will confirm what is available.
